Could a little exercise be the secret to faster concussion recovery for young athletes?
NCT ID NCT02710123
Summary
This study tested whether a specific, low-level exercise program could help teenagers recover faster from sports-related concussions. Researchers compared teens doing this 'sub-threshold' exercise to a group doing only stretching exercises. The main goal was to see which approach led to a quicker return to normal, defined as being symptom-free and able to exercise fully again.
