Simple neck exercises may ease swallowing trouble and improve breathing

Summary
This study tested whether a structured exercise program for the neck could improve swallowing, head posture, and lung function in people with swallowing difficulties due to neck problems (cervicogenic dysphagia). 32 adults aged 35-50 took part in an 8-week program. The group that did neck stretching, strengthening, and stabilizing exercises along with swallowing exercises showed better results than those who did swallowing exercises alone.
