Summary
This study aims to find the best exercise approach to reduce chronic spinal pain in surgeons, who often develop pain from long hours in the operating room. It will compare a personalized movement therapy (the McKenzie Method) against a standard, general exercise program. The goal is to see which method is more effective at lowering pain and improving function over 26 weeks.
