New exercise study aims to help stroke survivors regain their footing

Summary
This study is comparing three different types of exercise programs to see which one best helps people who have had a stroke improve their balance and ability to move. It involves 45 participants who have paralysis on one side of their body. Each group will try a different exercise routine twice a week for six weeks to see which approach works best.
