Mind over shoulder: new exercise trick may ease rotator cuff pain

Summary

This study tests a new exercise program for people with shoulder pain from rotator cuff problems. Instead of just doing shoulder exercises, participants will also do tasks that shift their attention away from the shoulder. The goal is to see if this approach reduces pain and improves shoulder function better than standard exercises. The study involves 46 adults with shoulder pain for at least 3 months, who will attend supervised sessions twice a week for 6 weeks.
