First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding personal touches like favorite music, lighting, and exercise choices to a standard exercise program can reduce shoulder pain and improve daily function. About 72 adults with rotator cuff-related shoulder pain will do supervised exercises twice a week for 12 weeks. Researchers will compare pain, disability, and heart rate changes between the personalized and standard groups.
