First seen May 01, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study tests a new exercise program for people with long-term shoulder pain from rotator cuff problems. Instead of just doing standard shoulder exercises, participants will also perform tasks that shift their attention away from the shoulder. The goal is to see if this approach reduces pain and improves function better than standard exercises alone. The study involves 46 adults and lasts 6 weeks.
