Summary

This study looks at whether specific strength and stabilization exercises can improve how shoulder muscles work in women who have had a mastectomy. The goal is to reduce shoulder problems and make daily activities easier. The study will involve 60 women aged 35-55 who are 3-4 months post-surgery and have shoulder issues.
