Simple exercises may ease scoliosis symptoms in teens

Summary
This study looks at whether combining core-strengthening exercises with special breathing techniques can help teenagers with mild scoliosis. About 32 teens aged 10-17 with a spine curve between 10 and 25 degrees will either do these exercises for 12 weeks or receive standard care. Researchers will measure changes in spine curvature, breathing capacity, and how the spine looks.
