Summary
This study compares two types of exercises to help women who experience bladder leaks after childbirth. It involves 38 women who gave birth vaginally within the last six months. Researchers are testing whether special breathing exercises or traditional pelvic floor muscle training works better to reduce leaks and improve daily life.
