NCT ID NCT07253844
Summary
This study aims to find the most effective exercise program for postpartum women with abdominal muscle separation (diastasis recti). It will compare three different six-week exercise routines focusing on either deep core muscles, surface abdominal muscles, or a combination of both. Researchers will measure changes in muscle separation and core stability using ultrasound and pressure feedback to see which approach works best.
