Summary
This study tested whether two different exercise programs could help women with painful menstrual cramps. Researchers compared aerobic exercise to Aviva exercise in 42 women to see which was better at reducing pain, improving sleep, and helping with daily activities. The goal was to find a non-drug way to manage this common condition and improve quality of life.
