Can a supervised walking plan tame PCOS symptoms?
NCT ID NCT07157371
Summary
This study is testing whether a specific, supervised aerobic exercise program can help women with insulin-resistant PCOS. Researchers will compare 60 women who either follow the structured exercise plan plus their usual medication, or just their usual medication with a simple walking plan. They aim to see if the structured exercise improves hormone levels, menstrual cycles, mental health, and overall quality of life over 25 weeks.
