Can a simple stretch ease the burden of PCOS?
NCT ID NCT07328048
Summary
This study is testing whether adding a specific stretching routine called Senobi exercise to regular aerobic workouts can better help women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). It aims to see if this combination improves body weight, reduces fatigue, and boosts quality of life more than aerobic exercise alone. The trial will involve 32 women with PCOS who will follow their assigned exercise program for 6 weeks.
