NCT ID NCT07245355
Summary
This study aims to see if recreational exercises like Pilates or swimming are better than walking at improving muscle strength and balance in women at risk for osteoporosis. It will involve 60 women who are not currently regular exercisers. Participants will be randomly assigned to do one of the three exercise types several times a week for a period of time, and their strength and balance will be measured.
