NCT ID NCT07245355
Summary
This study aims to find out if recreational exercises like swimming, Pilates, or walking are better at improving muscle strength and balance in women at risk for osteoporosis. Researchers will compare these three exercise programs in 60 women who have been identified as at-risk but are not currently exercising regularly. The goal is to see which type of activity might be most helpful for preventing falls and fractures.
