Summary

This study compares two exercise programs—multicomponent training and elastic band training—to see which better improves physical fitness, balance, and quality of life in women aged 70-75. Forty women will participate in 16 weeks of supervised sessions. The goal is to find the most effective way to help older women stay active and independent.
