New exercise study aims to help seniors stay steady and strong

Summary
This study aims to see which of two exercise programs works better for improving balance, strength, and quality of life in healthy adults aged 65 and over. Researchers will compare a newer approach called Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) exercises with traditional balance exercises. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two groups and follow a six-week exercise program.
