MS patients walk better with exercise - but which machine works best?
NCT ID NCT06583967
Summary
This study tested whether using an elliptical machine or a treadmill works better for improving walking ability in people with moderate multiple sclerosis (MS). Researchers measured walking speed, balance, and quality of life to see which exercise approach provided greater benefits.
