Summary
This study tested whether a 12-week exercise program using both arms together could improve brain and movement function in 5 people with progressive multiple sclerosis (MS). Participants did coordinated arm exercises three times a week. Researchers measured brain activity and performed tests of walking, balance, hand function, and quality of life to see if the program helped.
