Summary

This study tested whether a 12-week exercise program using coordinated arm movements could improve brain function and movement in people with progressive multiple sclerosis (MS). Five adults with progressive MS did the exercises three times a week. Researchers measured brain activity and tested walking, balance, hand dexterity, and quality of life to see if the program helped.
