Personalized exercise may ease symptoms of rare blood cancer

Summary
This study tests whether a 3-month personalized exercise program can improve quality of life, fitness, and symptoms in 80 adults with myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN), a type of blood cancer. Participants are randomly assigned to either start the exercise program right away or wait 3 months before starting. The study measures changes in exercise capacity, muscle strength, daily activity, and symptom scores.
