Summary

This study is testing whether a short, one-week program of group exercise classes can provide quick relief from symptoms of anxiety and depression. It involves 30 people with psychiatric conditions who will attend up to three 30-minute exercise sessions led by mental health staff. Researchers will measure anxiety levels, blood markers, and motivation before and after the exercise week to see if it helps.
