Kettlebell workouts target Men's posture problems

NCT ID NCT07397143

Summary

This study is testing whether an 8-week kettlebell exercise program can help improve posture in young men with a specific muscle imbalance called lower crossed syndrome. Researchers are comparing a group doing the supervised exercises three times a week to a group receiving usual care. The main goal is to see if the exercise program reduces the forward tilt of the pelvis.
