Back pain study: which exercise works best?

Summary

This study compares two types of exercise—lumbar stabilization exercises and muscular chain therapy—to see which better reduces pain and improves daily function in people with chronic low back pain. About 42 adults aged 18-30 with mechanical low back pain will participate. Results will be measured after 6 weeks.
