Can special exercises straighten your spine?

Summary
This study aims to see which of two different 6-week exercise programs works better for adults with a rounded upper back (kyphosis). Thirty participants will be randomly assigned to either a Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) program or a standard Thoracic Stabilization exercise program. Researchers will measure changes in back muscle strength, posture, pain, and endurance before and after the training.
