Exercise showdown: which workout best eases arthritic knee pain?

Summary
This study aims to find out which type of exercise is better at reducing pain for people with knee osteoarthritis. Researchers will compare aerobic cycling to a program of therapeutic exercises that includes strength, balance, and mobility work. Ninety adults with knee pain will be randomly assigned to one of the two groups and follow the program three times a week for ten weeks.
