First seen Mar 23, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study tests whether a supervised exercise and health counseling program can help children and teens recover muscle strength and improve quality of life after a stem cell transplant for cancer. About 48 participants aged 4 to 21 will be split into two groups: one gets exercise plus health advice, the other gets health advice only. The goal is to see if exercise reduces treatment side effects like fatigue and muscle weakness.
