Summary
This study tested two different types of exercises to see which works better for people with a hunched upper back (hyperkyphosis). It involved 30 adults with this condition to compare exercises focused on the upper back against exercises for the whole body's posture. The goal was to see which approach better reduces pain, improves how far you can move, and enhances your posture.
