Summary

This study tested whether two different exercise programs could help people with moderate to severe high blood pressure. Researchers compared regular aerobic exercise with a special training method called physiological ischemic training over 6 weeks. They measured effects on fitness, strength, quality of life, and certain blood markers in 60 participants.
