Summary
This study aims to find the best type of aerobic exercise to improve blood vessel health in people recovering from a heart attack or angina. Researchers will compare three exercise methods—long high-intensity intervals, short high-intensity intervals, and moderate continuous training—over 12 weeks. The goal is to see which method most improves blood vessel function, fitness, and other health markers in 132 participants with heart disease.
