NCT ID NCT07259694

Summary

This study is testing whether traditional Chinese exercises like Tai Chi and Baduanjin can improve physical and mental health for people with significant hearing loss. Researchers will enroll 90 participants and randomly assign them to either a Tai Chi group, a Baduanjin group, or a regular gym class group for 12 weeks. The goal is to see if these gentle exercises can help with balance, strength, fitness, anxiety, depression, and overall quality of life.
