Could exercise be a new treatment for glaucoma?
NCT ID NCT06058598
Summary
This study is testing whether a specific exercise program can help treat glaucoma, a common eye disease that can lead to vision loss. Researchers are comparing a supervised high-intensity interval training program against standard care in 168 glaucoma patients. The goal is to see if regular exercise can improve blood flow to the eyes and slow down the disease.
