Summary
This study tested whether different types of exercises could improve balance and body awareness in adults with flat feet. Forty volunteers with mild to moderate flat feet were assigned to try stretching, mobility, or stability exercises. Researchers measured their balance and ankle movement before and after the exercise programs to see which approach worked best.
