Summary
This study looked at whether a tailored program of strength, endurance, and aerobic exercise could help reduce fatigue in men with testicular germ cell cancer who are undergoing chemotherapy. Twenty men participated, with half doing the 8-week exercise program and the other half serving as a control group. The goal was to see if exercise could improve fatigue, quality of life, and mood during treatment.
