Summary

This study aims to see if adding specific exercise routines can improve the performance of competitive video game players. Researchers will compare the effects of two different types of exercise—high-intensity intervals and moderate continuous training—over 12 weeks. They will measure changes in players' in-game aiming skills and mental focus to provide better training advice for esports athletes.
