Scientists test workout plan to fight gamer burnout

Summary

This study aims to see if adding a structured physical exercise program to regular esports training can help reduce fatigue and stress in professional gamers. It will involve 24 players who train over 35 hours per week. Half will do the new exercise program for 8 weeks, while the other half receives general activity advice, to compare effects on stress hormones, fatigue markers, and performance.
