Can intense workouts reverse aging muscle loss?
NCT ID NCT07399301
Summary
This study aims to see if a specific exercise program can help older adults with sarcopenia (age-related muscle loss). Sixty participants aged 60-70 will be randomly assigned to either a 10-week high-intensity functional training program or a sham exercise group. Researchers will measure changes in physical strength, mobility, and mental health to determine if the workouts are effective.
