Can the right exercises heal a 'Mommy Tummy'?
NCT ID NCT07440836
Summary
This study is testing which type of exercise works better for women with diastasis recti, a common postpartum condition where the abdominal muscles separate. Researchers will compare a program of corrective exercises focused on the deep core muscles against a program of standard plank exercises. The goal is to see which approach is more effective at reducing pain, improving strength, and closing the gap between the muscles over a 12-week period.
