Summary
This study tests three exercise programs in 33 postpartum women with diastasis recti (abdominal muscle separation). Over six weeks, researchers will measure how well each program reduces the gap and improves core stability using ultrasound and pressure sensors. The goal is to find the most effective exercise approach for this common postpartum condition.
