Summary
This study tests whether certain abdominal exercises can reduce the gap between stomach muscles (diastasis recti) and improve core stability in women after childbirth. Thirty-three postpartum women will be split into three groups: one doing deep abdominal activation exercises, one doing traditional crunches, and one doing both. Over six weeks, researchers will use ultrasound to measure muscle separation and a pressure device to check core strength. The goal is to find which exercise approach works best for this common postpartum condition.
