Summary
This study tests whether specific exercises can reduce the gap between abdominal muscles (diastasis recti) and improve core strength in postpartum women. Thirty-three women will be split into three groups, each doing a different six-week exercise program. The results will help determine the most effective approach for managing this common condition.
