Summary
This study tested whether a home-based exercise program could help people on peritoneal dialysis who suffer from chronic low back pain. Researchers compared a group doing special exercises with a group receiving their usual care to see if the exercises reduced pain and improved quality of life. The 12-week program focused on building core strength and stability.
