Summary
This study tested whether exercise classes with a trainer work better than doing exercises on your own to help people with diabetic nerve pain. It involved 32 adults aged 55-70 who have had type 2 diabetes for over 10 years. Researchers measured changes in balance, strength, walking endurance, and overall quality of life.
