Summary
This study aims to understand how the bodies of young female dancers, with and without a mild spine curve (scoliosis), develop during puberty. Researchers will follow 140 dancers for three years, measuring their strength, flexibility, and bone health. In the second part, dancers with scoliosis will try a three-month exercise program to see if it helps.
