New study tests different exercises to relieve stubborn neck pain

Summary

This study compares three exercise approaches to see which works best for reducing chronic neck pain and improving movement. Researchers will randomly assign 45 adults with long-term neck pain to either whole-body stabilization exercises, targeted neck exercises, or standard physiotherapy. Participants will follow their assigned program for 12 weeks while researchers measure changes in pain, neck function, and range of motion.
