Summary

This study aims to see if a 4-week back-strengthening program can reduce pain sensitivity and improve back muscle strength and endurance in people with long-term low back pain. Researchers will measure changes in pain response, muscle thickness, and physical performance. The study is enrolling 22 adults who have had back pain for at least 12 weeks and are already somewhat active.
