Can a simple home workout fight Chemo's numbness and pain?

NCT ID NCT07399561

Summary

This study is testing whether a structured home exercise program can reduce nerve pain and numbness caused by common chemotherapy drugs. It will involve 140 patients with colorectal or gynecologic cancers who are starting treatment with oxaliplatin or paclitaxel. Half will follow the exercise plan during and after chemo, while the other half receives usual care, to see if exercise directly improves nerve health and quality of life.
