Simple hand exercises show promise for easing carpal tunnel stiffness
NCT ID NCT07281573
Summary
This study tested whether specific hand exercises could reduce stiffness in the wrist for people with mild to moderate carpal tunnel syndrome. 91 participants were split into groups doing different exercises or no exercises for three weeks. Early results suggest certain gliding and strengthening exercises may help reduce stiffness in the affected nerve and tendon.
