Can special exercises ease new Moms' back pain and improve posture?

NCT ID NCT06750367

Summary

This study tested whether a specific set of exercises called the Klapp method could help breastfeeding mothers who have a rounded upper back (kyphosis). Thirty-two mothers were split into two groups: one received guided Klapp exercises, and the other received printed instructions for a home exercise program. Researchers measured changes in pain, posture, and the mothers' confidence in breastfeeding over four weeks.
