Summary
This study is testing a new type of exercise program for women who are breast cancer survivors or currently in treatment. It compares a dynamic, jump-based workout to traditional strength training to see which is better at improving quality of life, reducing fatigue, and increasing physical function. The goal is to find safe and effective ways to help women recover and feel better during and after cancer treatment.
